Rockybrook – as shown in LuxExposé, “This 31,000 square-foot estate is set in prestigious Stone Creek Ranch, an exclusive luxury community with only 37 estates. The seven-bedroom, 11-full-bath home boasts a sophisticated design, jaw-dropping detail and tangible warmth. The estate features health and beauty areas, including a spa treatment room, salon, gym and sauna, a championship tennis court, and a blissful meditation space overlooking the tropical garden.

Designed by Alan David Cohen and Janine Geller for Design House with Stuart Brenner of Brenner Architecture and Krent Weiland of KWD Landscape Architecture. Rockybrook welcomes you into the grand foyer and custom-designed open-arms staircase. A stately living room features marble flooring and 32-foot walls, while a dining room seats 16 with white agate backlit walls and white mother-of-pearl ceiling treatment. There is a glass-encased, temperature-controlled wine room and a Zen-like garden area with a waterfall treatment and koi pond. A long hallway off the foyer leads to a gourmet Downsview kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances; a striking double-column, stainless-steel range hood; and a separate island counter with seating for six and playfully oversized lighting. The estate also features a separate commercial catering kitchen.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own separate wing, including a study lounge and kitchenette. The main balcony of the suite has a fireplace, whirlpool bath and sun deck, all overlooking the property’s lush 2.5 acres and unrivaled outdoor spaces. His and her master feature their own balconies. Hers is decorated with amethyst and boasts a center bathtub with a hanging crystal chandelier. Rockybrook is a resort-like yet homely retreat for a multi-generational family. Its 250,000-gallon heated pool with black mosaic glass waterline tile and a black Pebble Tec finish is an homage to the infinity-edge splendor at Wynn Las Vegas. The tropically landscaped pool area – complete with waterfalls, fire pits, a covered pavilion and dining area, a grotto with a rain feature, and a fully equipped summer kitchen serves as an entertainment hub for all seasons.”
